General Information

By purchasing a ticket to the Daydream Dimension Retreat, you’re agreeing to the following terms. This retreat is designed to be a safe, supportive, and inspiring space for creativity and connection—so let’s all be cool, respectful, and ready to dive into the magic.


What’s Included

Your ticket covers:
  • Lodging: 2 nights at Penuel Ridge in a shared bedroom with access to bathrooms and exclusive use of the retreat property for 48 hours.
  • Food & Drinks: All meals provided during the retreat timeframe, plus extra snacks and drinks.
  • Activities & Materials: Full access to all activities and programming included in the retreat itinerary, as well as any necessary art materials.

What’s Not Included
Travel costs (flights, transportation, etc.)
Personal expenses outside the retreat itinerary


Schedule & Agenda Subject to Change
  • We’ve carefully curated an itinerary to create a transformative experience, but part of the magic is flowing with the energy of the group and the moment. The schedule, activities, and offerings are subject to change based on group dynamics, weather, and other unforeseen factors. We appreciate your flexibility and trust that whatever unfolds will be exactly what’s needed.


Age Requirement
  • Attendees must be 18 or older. No exceptions.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

Life happens, and we get it. If you need to cancel, here’s how it works:
  • You can receive a 50% refund if you cancel by June 6.
  • After June 6, no refunds will be issued, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else if you can’t make it.
  • If we (the event organizers) have to cancel or reschedule the retreat, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to the new date.


Liability & Risk Acknowledgment

We’re here for a good time, but also, safety first.

Hold Harmless & Personal Responsibility
  • By attending the Daydream Dimension Retreat, you acknowledge that this experience may include physical activities (such as hiking) and emotional or reflective exercises (such as guided meditations, creative exploration, and group discussions). While we strive to create a safe and supportive space, you are responsible for your own well-being—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
  • You are a sovereign being and have full agency over your experience. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, overwhelmed, or simply no longer wish to participate in an activity, you are empowered to step away, take a break, or opt out—no explanation required.
  • By attending, you agree to hold Launch Your Daydream, its facilitators, and venue partners harmless from any claims related to physical, mental, or emotional discomfort or injury. You acknowledge that participation in all activities is voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for your choices and experiences during the retreat.


Health & Travel Responsibility
  • We do not require travel or health insurance, but we highly recommend you have it.
  • We are not liable for anything that happens to you travel-wise or health-wise before, during, or after the retreat.


Food & Allergies
  • If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, you must disclose them in the post-purchase questionnaire. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs, but we need to know ahead of time so our private chef (and other food providers) can prepare accordingly.


Emergency Contact Information
  • We will collect emergency contact details from all attendees as part of your post-purchase questionnaire. This is just a precaution to keep everyone safe.


Behavioral Expectations

This retreat is all about good vibes, creative freedom, and a judgment-free zone. So let’s be real:
  • Don’t be a dick. Treat everyone with kindness and respect. Encouragement and support are non-negotiable.
  • No disruptive behavior. If you’re making the space unsafe or uncomfortable for others, you’ll be asked to leave with no refund.

Code of Conduct & Community Agreements

To further elaborate on the previously established Behavioral Expectations, we ask that all attendees adhere to the following:
  • Respect & Kindness – Treat fellow attendees, facilitators, and staff with kindness, patience, and respect. Everyone’s journey is unique, and this is a space of support, not judgment.
  • Confidentiality & Consent – What’s shared in this space stays in this space. Respect others’ privacy, and never pressure anyone to share more than they’re comfortable with.
  • Emotional & Physical Safety – This retreat involves both reflective and physical activities. You are responsible for your own well-being, and if something doesn’t feel right for you, you are free to step away at any time. Likewise, harmful, aggressive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Immediate Removal May Occur If:
  • You engage in harassment, discrimination, or verbal/physical abuse of any kind.
  • You disrupt the group experience in a way that makes others feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
  • You are found using substances in violation of the policy (which will be clarified in your intake questionnaire).
  • You violate the confidentiality or consent boundaries of others in a way that breaches trust and safety.
  • If you engage in behavior that goes against these guidelines, we reserve the right to remove you from the retreat immediately, without a refund.

This is about creating an aligned, supportive space for everyone—let’s make it an experience of mutual care and respect. 


Photo & Media Release
  • We’ll be taking photos and videos throughout the retreat for promotional use. By attending, you grant Launch Your Daydream and additional vendors of the Daydream Dimension Retreat permission to use these images. If you prefer not to be photographed, let us know in the post-purchase questionnaire, and we’ll respect your wishes.


Accessibility & Accommodations
  • If you have any accessibility needs or accommodations that would help make your retreat experience comfortable and enjoyable (e.g., mobility, sensory, dietary, or other considerations), please let us know when you register. We will do our best to accommodate.
