These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between you (“Participant,” “Attendee,” or “You”) and Launch Your Daydream LLC (“Company,” “We,” or “Us”) when you purchase a ticket to the Daydream Dimension Retreat (“Retreat”).
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
This retreat is designed to be a supportive, inspiring, and energetically aligned experience for creativity, connection, and expansion — and these Terms help us keep the space safe, clear, and respectful for everyone.

We curate a thoughtful itinerary for a transformative experience — and we also honor flexibility, intuition, group energy, weather, and unforeseen circumstances.
Therefore, the schedule, activities, facilitators, and offerings may shift at any time.
Any changes will be made with the intention of supporting the group’s highest good.
4. Age Requirement
Participants must be 18 years or older. No exceptions.
5. Payment, Cancellation, & Refund Policy
We understand things come up. Here is how cancellations are handled:

In the unlikely event that we (Launch Your Daydream) cancel or reschedule the retreat:

If the retreat must be canceled, postponed, or modified due to circumstances outside our control (including but not limited to severe weather, illness, natural disasters, travel restrictions, or venue issues), we will communicate promptly and provide the appropriate refund or transfer option as outlined above.

Not Medical, Therapeutic, or Legal Advice
The retreat may feel restorative or transformative, but:
This is not therapy, medical treatment, or professional mental health care.
No outcomes or results are guaranteed.

You must disclose any allergies or dietary restrictions in the post-purchase questionnaire so our private chef can prepare safely.
We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate, but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

So, simply put: Don’t be a dick.

Photos and videos may be taken throughout the retreat for promotional purposes.
By attending, you grant Launch Your Daydream LLC permission to use any images or recordings of you for marketing, unless you opt out. You may opt out in your post-purchase questionnaire, and we will honor that fully.
12. Accessibility & Accommodations
If you have accessibility needs (mobility, sensory, dietary, physical, or otherwise), please let us know during registration. We will make every reasonable effort to support you.
13. Privacy & Data Collection
We collect personal information (such as emergency contacts, allergies, intake details) only for retreat safety and logistics. We never share or sell your information.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

1. What’s Included
Your ticket covers:
- Lodging
- 2 nights at Penuel Ridge in a shared bedroom, with access to shared bathrooms and full private use of the retreat property for the duration of the event.
- All meals, snacks, and beverages provided during the retreat timeframe.
- Access to all scheduled programming: workshops, sessions, creative activities, guided experiences, and all required art materials.
2. What’s Not Included
You are responsible for:
- Travel costs (including flights, transportation from airport or home to retreat, gas, etc.)
- Personal purchases or expenses outside of the planned retreat itinerary
- Medical, health, or travel insurance

We understand things come up. Here is how cancellations are handled:
If You Cancel
- 50% refund available if you cancel 30 days before the retreat date
- No refunds after January 20
- After January 20, you may transfer your ticket to another participant if you cannot attend
- Transfer details will be finalized in communication with Launch Your Daydream.
In the unlikely event that we (Launch Your Daydream) cancel or reschedule the retreat:
- You will receive a full refund, or
- You may choose to transfer your ticket to the new dates at no additional cost
- We are not responsible for any travel costs or personal expenses incurred.
6. Force Majeure

- You are responsible for your own travel arrangements and safety before, during, and after the retreat.
- We are not liable for travel delays, cancellations, accidents, or external injuries.

- Treat all attendees with kindness, respect, and patience
- Refrain from disruptive, intimidating, or unsafe behavior
- Respect boundaries, consent, and confidentiality
- Avoid pressuring anyone to share, participate, or engage beyond their comfort
- Follow retreat guidelines around substance use (outlined in your post-purchase questionnaire)
Immediate Removal (No Refund)
We reserve the right to immediately remove any participant who:
- Harasses, discriminates, or abuses another person (physically, verbally, or emotionally)
- Violates confidentiality or consent boundaries
- Engages in unsafe or reckless behavior
- Uses substances in violation of the stated policy
- Significantly disrupts or damages the group experience
- This policy protects the safety and emotional well-being of the group.
